Complaint[redacted] delivered product June 28, 2016 to build a fence on my property and never returned. He will not answer his business phone, cell phone or email.I contacted Rome Fence in April 2016 to build a fence at my new house. He has built 2 other fences for me in the past 17 years. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate. He did not show up. When I called him he apologized and rescheduled for the next week. At that time he said he would get me on the schedule for the end of May. I called him May 26th to confirm a start time and did not hear back from him. He had the yard surveyed for digging in early June but did not give me a start date. I finally got in touch with him to start on June 28th. He delivered fence posts and never returned. He wont return my calls. I have left messages on his business phone, his cellphone and his business email. At this point I want the materials off my property so I can contract with a more reputable fence company. Desired SettlementRemove the stack of fence posts from my property so that I can move forward with the construction of my fence with another company.
