Upon request, diagnostics were completed and [redacted] was notified and chose to pick up his vehicle, Sometime later that afternoon, [redacted] returned to the facility and claimed that damages had been caused to his vehicle, Upon questioning the mechanic who diagnosed Mr. [redacted] vehicle, it was affirmed that no damages were caused on the property of Romeco Service Center, and that the damages claimed were preexistent. As a measure of good falth between both parties, Romeco Service Center has agreed to pay a sum of 400.00 in assistance towards repairs to the vehicle. Romeco Service Center will not be held accountable or responsible for any further monetary exchange, claimed damages, or repairs to the vehlcle proceeding forward. The recipient and payee agree to the payment agreement terms listed above, and in return for the payment of 400.00 [redacted] releases payor, Romeco Service Center, and any owners or employees of Romeco, for any and all claims she may have regarding
