I had a very positive experience with Romenfel There were approximately cracked tiles in my master bathroom which covered an area of approximately square feet I just need the tiles replaced and was not sure if it could be done I spoke with different contractors about the job I received quotes from $to $ Some told me that they could not guarantee not chipping the tiles next to the cracked ones if they changed just the cracked ones and as such wanted me to redo the entire floor Some contractors told me that I had structural problems and recommended putting jacks under the floor For the most part, they scared me so much that I did not feel comfortable giving them the job The last contractor I spoke with was *** with Romenfel I explained the job to him over the phone and he told me he could do the work for $ He then came by and looked at the job and confirmed his quote We scheduled the work for a Monday and he came in and did the work in a few hours and left the place cleaner than he found it The other contractors told me that there will dust all over the master suite *** used a special technique that did not generate dust While he was there, he helped me fix a couple of other small items I learned that he is quite a handyman Apparently he went to college to become an engineer *** is very polite, professional, reasonable, capable & smart I'll be using him a lot in the future
