April 7, 2016Dear [redacted] :Thank you for the opportunity to address and hopefully resolve this matter to the satisfaction of the client, [redacted] I did contact the client todaytold her I will be on the site tomorrow to locate the shed in question and to finish the required field work, I told her would have the revised survey plat to her by Monday April 11, 2016.Romeo Land Surveying, Incis 100% to blame in this case for not following up with the client and not completing the project to the client's satisfaction, There is no excuse for this case to have reached this state, The only thing I can do at this point is resolve the matter as quickly as possibleI will follow up this letter with another correspondence to your office after the plat is delivered and all of the work is complete to the satisfaction of the client.If you have any questions or require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me.Very truly yours,
