email that was intended for another restaurant to also complain about that food and thenwhen we responded; she told us that the email was not for usShe continued by saying she did not like her food, oneitem was cold and the other was shaped wrongI responded and told her that I was sorry that she did not like the food, however that menu item is not served hot, as indicated in our menu, it is cold and that the other menu istriangular shaped as stated on our menuShe wanted us to credit her credit card for the food she received; we did not based upon the facts that shereceived the food she orderedIt was not made improperly nor was it of substandard qualityAt Romeo's we prideourselves on the quality of our foodIf there would have been something wrong with it or if we had made a mistake, wewould most definitely refund her moneyThat was not the caseShe did receive the food that she ordered and it was prepared correctlyI have attached the chain of emails back and forth from the Ms *** and myself for your reviewWe reallyfeel that Ms *** was trying to get a free mealThanks for your time.Regards,*** *** ***Romeo's Pizza Inc
