Review: I was under the impression that restaurants guarantee their food quality and I was not impressed about the food here. I received grape leaves and spinach pockets that were not to my liking and when I contacted the business they were adamant about not giving me a refund or even discussing my opinion about the quality of the food, I paid 34.44 for the order and I only wanted the money back for the food I did not like. It was a delivery so this makes things difficult. Can you help me or am I stuck with this billDesired Settlement: I want the money back for the food I did not like.

This letter is in response to a complaint made by [redacted] against our restaurant Romeo's Pizza.Miss [redacted] ordered food from our restaurant, paid for her food, received her food, ate her food and thensubsequently emailed us to tell us that she did not care for the food. She first sent us an email that was intended for another restaurant to also complain about that food and thenwhen we responded; she told us that the email was not for us. She continued by saying she did not like her food, oneitem was cold and the other was shaped wrong. I responded and told her that I was sorry that she did not like the food, however that menu item is not served hot, as indicated in our menu, it is cold and that the other menu istriangular shaped as stated on our menu. She wanted us to credit her credit card for the food she received; we did not based upon the facts that shereceived the food she ordered. It was not made improperly nor was it of substandard quality. At Romeo's we prideourselves on the quality of our food. If there would have been something wrong with it or if we had made a mistake, wewould most definitely refund her money. That was not the case. She did receive the food that she ordered and it was prepared correctly. I have attached the chain of emails back and forth from the Ms [redacted] and myself for your review. Review: I placed an online order through this business' website for delivery to my home on Monday 6/15. Approximately one hour after placing the order, the food had not arrived. I called this business to inquire about my order and was told there was not an order placed on my account, and if it had been I would have received an email confirmation. After this phone call I proceeded to check my account statement for the credit card I used for payment, and found that I was being charged in the amount of $38.54 (the amount of my order.) I called again, and this time spoke to the manager, Jim; who offered to place my order at that time. I declined due to the fact that we would not be home the rest of the evening, and was told I would receive a refund the following morning "when the office staff came in." It is now Thursday 6/18 and I have not received a refund; due to my work schedule I have not been able to contact this business further at a time "the office" would be in, but did appear to have a missed phone call from the company last evening without message.Desired Settlement: I feel this business should no longer operate by taking orders through their website, as I was told by the manager that they have had technical issues with the online ordering system. I now also question the security of their website.

Review: after placing an order online using a mobile site, we realized that the order was placed to the wrong pizzeria. Upon calling to request a refund, the operator was rude and called me names claiming there was nothing that he could do. His policy states "Romeos Pizzeria Refund PolicyWe guarantee your satisfaction with our product. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return the product to us for a refund. The refund amount will be appropriate for the item returned. Please call the store to begin processing your refund." This policy can be found on https://www.[redacted] It was an honest mistake and I felt as if we were treated in a very unprofessional matter.Desired Settlement: The mobile site did not indicate that the pizzeria was out of state. We called with the respectful intentions of resolving this issue without further incident. The amount is minimal and in no way warranted the cursing and name calling on the business' end. I am requesting a full refund and nothing more.
