hair in the food on multiple occasions she should have brought the food [redacted] and we would have refunded her money or replaced her food. It is unusual for people say there was hair in their food and not produce the food or a hair from an employee. My guess is they do not have the receipt as well.

I have owned Romeo's for thirty years sold millions of subs and had no more than five people over this time period tell me there was an employees hair in their food. It was always replaced. The odds of her and her children finding hair in her subs multiple times from multiple locations are difficult for me to comprehend.

Our policy of replacing a returned sub or giving a refund is and has always been in place. Our employees all know that they are free to give out my home phone number if a problem can not be resolved at the store.
