Romeo's Transmissions

Feb,13th I received my 2000 BMW z3 roadster back vinyl window. I needed it installed. On Feb.14,2020 that Friday. Me and my friend Michelle took and dropped my car off to Romeo to look at. Every price he told me was too expensive $650-$800 just for labor. I said, NO.And if he could just put a new battery in he said yes bring him battery Monday the 17th but he kept my car without my consent over the weekend. Just determined to make the money because my battery is in the trunk, I drop the battery that Monday the 17th with $200 he still can't get in trunk. So I tried doing business with him but every turn was a dead end. Until finally, ok can you do a tune up here 200 and I left he called back 1 hour later told me I have water in cylinder 4 and if I wanted him to fix and it'll be more money because of a blown head gasket. I said NO, I don't even need a tune up if that's the case I'll come pick my car up in the morning if that's ok and my money. He told me whatever. I pickedy car up today the 19th because he had been giving me run arounds and charged me for nothing I wanted done. Police were called I have police report case#XX-XXXXXXX and he refuse to give me a receipt. I got all my receipts, witnesses,pictures and text messages to him. He just took my money and discriminated on me and charged me BMW prices without MY consent I am persuing legal action.
