HelloAs I read this complaint there are many lies toldFirst the purchase price was not $it was $2,dated 4/7/So the credibility of this customer is not validFirst he stated in the complaint the we never answer the phone but in the same sentence gave dates that we answered
the phonethen he said the contract was $and it wasn'tThen he said the contract date is 4/12/and in fact it was 4/7/When customers choose to make a complaint about a company they should have facts not liesThis can destroy a companySo we went out to see this customer and got a signed contractWhen it was time to collect the deposit of $he refused to pay the depositso we decided to help them out by just taking $because they were having money issues and we tried to be sensitive to thisso we took the $depositWe put this customer on the schedule and the day before we were due to go out they called our office and rescheduledThis could have been used on another customer however we gave them a second appointmentThe day before the second appointment they called and cancelled againSo for the third time I gave them another appointment and they called again and cancelled saying they had a death in the family and had to reschedule again for the 3rd timethey said they would call us in weeks once the funeral and other things passed and they were more stable so we said okweeks later they called my office and spoke to my secretary and asked why they were never put back on the scheduleafter she reminded them of their conversation about waiting weeks they called her a lier and said they never cancelled any appointmentsWe keep very specific rotations in every customer file for these reasonsHe managed to make the secretary very upset so I the owner took over the callWhen I got on the phone he was screaming at me at the top of his lungs and kept telling me to shut my mouth and refused to allow me to speakThis customer obviously has a temper issueI informed him that we don't do business with people like that So at that time I decided to terminate his contract and issue a refund of $which has already been doneI strongly believe this happened because they found themselves in a financial problem which I already guessed when he refused to put down the deposit in the first placeThat was the first red flatThe next red flags were all of the cancelled appointments
