MrTrash was very prompt about getting containers to us, after we started service with them Previously, we had contacted [redacted] and got nothing but excuse after excuse why they couldn't deliver containers, and start pick up service It was very refreshing to get a trash service that cares about their customers
While I am still glad that I switched from Waste-Pro to MrTrash (mostly because of the ability to recycle and missed pickups), it came with the understanding that my now once-a-week pickup would only be disrupted by day for Holidays Their website clearly states "During the weeks in which any of the following holidays occur, the schedule will shift service by one day" Here we are on Sunday (days after Thanksgiving) and no pickup You call the office and the answering machine states that the pickup will occur on Monday I hope this is not a trend that I have seen with other trash companies....once they get your business and grow a stable base of customers, then the service starts to slide I am giving them a "neutral" rating since one bad experience doesn't undo the total experience

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST trash service I have EVER dealt with You have to call almost weekly to tell them your house was skipped Sometimes the full can will sit for two days AFTER it was to be picked up I am diligent in making sure our can is curbside the night before it is to be picked up I live in an upscale neighborhood and I don't think my neighbors appreciate looking at my trash can for days! My next call will be to another trash service provider
