I have been a coustomer with Romero's Firewood for couple of years now, I have always been a satisfied customer with their serviceAlthough in ordering wood this year I was shorted on the order and have been trying to resolve this issue for almost a week nowThe gentleman refuses to call or text me with how he's going to resolve this issue, Monday he did text saying he would send a check, but I have not gotten any other information from him or his company on how much he's reimbursing and whenWhen I first ordered the wood I was not informed about their cash check policy, if I paid by check I was told I would have to pay an additional state tax fee because he would have to report it as earned income so because I didn't have the extra money to spend I was left having to pay cashThe quality of wood was not worth the amount he charges for different cords offered, I ended up with two gallon odds and ends and a full gallon receptacle of dirt and debris, and very small twigs and lo
