Review: On October the 10th I purchased a washer machine from Romero's Appliances for $200 (even). Within a week the machine stopped working properly. I have attempted to contact the company 7 or 8 times, since October the 15th, to come to my house and address the issue. After the 4th call I was able to get in touch with someone who assured me that a repairman would be at my house the next day. No one came the next day. Three days later, on October 26, I called again (the number is ###-###-####) and spoke with Dwayne R[redacted] and he said that he was busy and that he didn't have time to talk. He said that he would tell his employee that I called and then immediately hung up on me. This was the last time I was able to make contact with anyone.Desired Settlement: All that I am asking for is a full refund of my $200.

Review: On Feb 18, 2016 about 6:33 pm three workers came out to service my refrigerator. One gentlemen came in looked and attempted to repair it. The other gentlemen was supposedly filling out my work order. The third one just had no reason to be here because he stayed in the car. The one who was fixing the fridge said it was the starter and he charged the fridge. He said it will cool off in about 30 mins and I was good to go. The one who suppose to bring in the work order just came and collect the $130 that they charged me. The fridge didn't work; I called back that night left a message. I called back the next morning Fri 02/19 someone answered and said someone will be to my house later NO one showed up. Called the next morning 02/20 someone said they will make sure someone come that day NO one showed up. Each day I called twice. Someone texted me Tues morning 2/23 and said someone will be to my house for 9:30 am. I had to work so my sister came and waited for them. I called Frigidaire the day before and they told me the things that could be wrong. I left the list on the table. I texted my sister at 9:34 am to inform them of the information I found out. They were already gone. She said the gentlemen unscrewed the back panel on the fridge to see if it was leaking and it wasn't and he determined that the compressor was out. I tried calling them when I got off and no answer. The secretary answered and took my name and number. On 2/24 she answered said she gave them the message and she was about to call and have someone to call me. Now its 2/25 and no one wants to answer the phone nor call me back. At this point I feel like I got taking advantage of. The business card states Free if no repairs and technically no repairs was done. Each time they came they were only there for about 5 mins. Never did any detailed work basically assumed. I wasted money and my refrigerator still isn't fixed.Desired Settlement: I no longer want to deal with this company but I know from talking to Frigidaire that the refrigerator can be fixed. I would rather take my business to someone else who will take my situation serious. All I would like is my money back.
