Review: The dealership failed to payoff my trade in before the next payment. The waited more than 30 days to payoff the vehicle and now I have a late payment mark on my account. My payment history was 100% flawless until the dealer failed to pay off my trade. I have reached out to the repeatedly trying to get at the very least an apology. The worst part of the matter is they told us that everything was fine and not to worry. But we know better and called Harley and inquired. They told us what was really going on. and that we would need to make the payment on both bikes if the dealer didn't pay off the trade.Desired Settlement: Since I was put through all this greff and all the phone calls and running around protecting my good name and credit. Plus not having my old bike to enjoy. I feel that the dealer should compensate me ($2000) for my efforts. Not to mention all the other work I'll have to do when that late payment hits my credit report. I would also like this complaint made public so that other consumers don't make the mistake of working with this dealership.

Review: I won A Harley Davidson Motorcycle on Sept.25,2014 and paid $401.00 to have a title done and sent to Richmond Virginia. As of todays date it has never been processed from New Castle De.,or sent to Virginia my home state. I have been told so many lies by so many people at Rommels in Seaford that I'm contacting a lawyer tomorrow. Rommels is mad because they sold the bike for $13,000.00 and said they would buy it back but for $8,400.00 and I said no way. I sold the bike to someone else for a much better price and a fair one at that! Now I feel like they are just holding up paper work because I did not sell to them and I know I'm right because paper work has never been done and a lady I know bought a bike after Sept 25 and her paper work has been done. I was told by Michelle in New Castle where all paper work and title work is done for all Rommels stores is done, that it goes in order of date the bike is sold and it does not.. again another lie told. I'm not sure what's going on but I do know all the employees are not on the same page with answers. I have called several times to get this straight but no one seems to care and everyone says something different (even blame DMV )so I have no choice but to go as far as necessary to get my title and be done with Rommels in Seaford. I even changed my preferred dealer with my credit card points and my husbands also. There will be other complaints coming as other people ask me how its going I will tell the truth and say I contacted Revdex.com of Delaware. I know some one who bought a used Harley and has never got to ride it because it would not run and Rommels in Seaford has been giving them the run around also. I hope some one can get them to do the right thing and send off my paper work immediately so this can be over. Thank You.Desired Settlement: Get my title work in the mail by Oct.17,2014 so I can be done with Rommels In Delaware! It has been 15 business days and nothing has been done to date. If all the employees did not get their work done in 15 business days the store would close or people would be fired I'm sure!
