Customer purchased a motorcycle from us and hasn’t picked it up yet, and in the time since, manufacture incentives have changed and there is a higher rebate on unit making the price drop $ this is out of our control , if the price would of went up the following month would we be entitled to charge the customer more money ? we had to register this motorcycle with Suzuki to make sure the customer received the rebate that was on the motorcycle at the time of purchase We refunded the customer his full amount and we did it for him prior to that as he asked us to do so he could use a different card even though each time it cost us money to process cards [redacted]
