The receptionists at the Massage Envy in Hudson are very nice, this complaint is nothing about them HOWEVER, the management is TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, THE WORST I'VE EVER HAD! I tried to get ahold of a manager/owner since December 27th Finally on February 14th I talked with the owner, who hung up on me twice, to try to resolve the issue She was absolutely zero help to me She admitted it was a miscommunication on her staffs behalf and they gave me misleading information, however, she was not going to return the money they took out of our account for a massage I never recieved When I called back after she hung up on me she was so mean and rude on the phone She told me if I were to step foot in her buliding she would remove me This is the worst customer service I have ever received NOT OKAY!
Massage Envy requires that your sign a long term contract if you want to do business with them...be careful! The contract is extremely one sided towards Massage Envy and they will not cancel your contract even if you meet their contractual criteria regarding cancellation. They will send you to collections at a moments notice! This will affect your credit long term! They are NOT members of the Revdex.com and if you google them the list of number complaints against this company are HUGE! My recommendation is that you find a private massage therapist to work with that does not require contracts.
