Ron Brock's Heating & Cooling Inc. Reviews (6)

Ron Brock fails to respond to the April 2015 allegation that they were out there and failed to put freon in.  This April 2015 visit is not past the proposed 2 year statute of limitations for providing faulty service.

To Whom it may concern,

Ron Brocks Heating and Cooling is declining to refund or reimburse any funds for any work performed by another company. Any charges for repairs on the home were warranted because of unfortunately...

being outside of 2 year labor warranty which is stipulated in our contract with [redacted] Homes "contractor of home". We installed a zoned system per [redacted] design. according to our service record we had the following issues at the Bolde Residence. 5/21/2008- Home was started up and completed

4/8/2010- Indoor coil was replaced due to [redacted] (manufacturer) recall on the product. The homeowner was not charged for replacement of coil due to the fact that it was a recall. [redacted] reimbursed our labor.

11/8/2012- (fours years after home was completed, and two years outside of labor warranty) first charged call to homeowner- replaced Honeywell zone board that was faulty, and replaced contactor that had signs or wear and tear.

5/11/2015- (almost seven years after home was completed and five years outside of labor warranty)- found that indoor coil and was leaking and king valve needed to be replaced, completed the work and system was functioning with in specs. homeowner was charged

To whom it may concern,

I apologize the first response sent before I could finish.
5/11/2015- We replaced the indoor coil and king valve due to a leak in the system, was outside any kind of warranty and offered to do the repair at a discounted price on $1275.00- system was functioning to specs at this time. Had warned customer that compressor could have damage due to the fact that system was ran while low on refrigerant.

11/28/2015- Our company was called out due to system not heating, technician discovered that compressor had seized up and was no longer functioning. offered to repair, customer declined.

No other communication or service calls with customer. Was contacted and informed that customer wanted Ron Brocks to pay for a new system that they had another company installed.
Ron Brocks installed system per home builder specs. Any failures or charges were outside the stated warranty.
