We recently started a bathroom project, quickly realized we were in over our heads, and what we really wanted was a total makeover of our master bath that would require taking it down to the studs, moving plumbing, and electrical rewiring
We took bids and discussed our ideas with several contractorsKetchco wasn't the cheapest or most expensive, but because they provided the best estimate, completely broken down per item, we could see where our money was goingThey also gave us the impression that they had a good vision and the expertise to create what we wantedLong story short, we felt like we were in the best hands with them
What happened next was even betterYou hear these stories about how things change once you sign the contract, but Ketchco was very professional throughout the processThey met with us several times to discuss materials, fixtures, and took it all in stride even when we added changes along the way,
The entire process was seamless, pain free, and we were completely satisfied with the resultsWe definitely plan to use them again on future projects and have recommended them to our friends without reservation

I have used Ketcho for 3 major renovations since 2005 (2 bathrooms and one Kitchen) and various other projects. I highly recommend their professionalism and communication of any changes for design and price, from original quote.
They work with you on any surprises found along the way and make recommendations for you to decide on. I will continue to use Ketchco in the
future.

I contracted Ketchco, Inc. to replace my roof shingles, gutters and to add new gutter guards to the gutters. From day one there were problems. Frist they would say they would be out to do the work one day and would never show up. This went on for weeks. Finally they did show up to do the work. The first day they replaced the shingles and removed the gutters. However, they never installed the new gutters and gutter guards. Weeks later and I mean weeks later Ketchco sub-contracted Frank B[redacted] to install the gutters. Ketchco claimed they had never worked with him before but he came well recommended. The sub-contractor showed up late for the job the first day and completed about 80% of the job and said he had to leave and that he would be back the next day. He never showed up the next day or for weeks. Again after weeks later and many calls and emails to Ketchco, B[redacted] came back to finish the job. The first rain after the gutters were put on my house more rain ran behind the gutters than in them. Again, after many many calls and emailed videos of the gutter problem Jon finally came out to my house to investigate. During his own investigation Jon discovered that the gutter installer, Frank B[redacted], had only put the gutter guards on the gutters where you could see the guards from the ground. He did not install the gutter guards on the second story gutters. Jon wanted me to call Frank and discuss this with him. He claimed Frank did the work not him. I had to tell and remind Jon, I had contracted him to do the job not Frank, he was the one who contacted Frank, and that I felt it was his responsibility to contact the sub-contractor no me. I don't know if Jon contacted him or not, Jon came out himself and attempted to fix the problem. He installed the gutter guards and left. The gutters still have as much rain coming over them as down the downspouts, especially where Jon added gutter guards himself. I've left months and months worth of phone messages and emails to both Jon and Troy C[redacted] trying to get my job completed, but this effort has been for no avail. I have about given up on them ever doing the correct thing and finishing the job correctly. They say they guarantee their work but based on my experience I say that in not true. Ketchco started the work on my house in April 2015 and it is now the end of January 2016, and I cannot get anyone connect with Ketchco to respond to any of my attempts to communicate with them. I have records of all of my emails to prove I attempted to contact them. Some of the emails contain video's of the rain just running over the gutters like there is nothing there to catch it. I had 5 inch installed and the gutter guards were "Shurflo" gutter guards.
