Mrs *** first called on Monday Jan 23rd and stated that her alarm was going off and had to manually pump the system downI told her that our guys are scheduled out for the weekbut we would try to fit this in if they finish up early day this weekOn Tuesday Jan 24th she called our
office again and I told her that they were still working on a large septic install and it would probably be towards the end of the week be fore they would be able to make it out to look at the systemWednesday Jan 25th she called the office again wondering if she was on the schedule I told her that Tom would be out to herlocation on Thursday Jan 26th to resolve her problem I could not provide a time as he was still finishing up his Septic InstallWe responded within several days not several weeks as stated in her comment above, also we do not use " Used Parts "nor will we buy them online at Amazon.comThe Timer was New and maybe it got a little dirty when our employee replaced it, yes he should have at least wiped it off, however he did notThe screw is plastic and can easily be stripped when setting the timerto cycle down to the drain-fieldAs far as the RME Fee it cost to file repairs online since there was no deficiencies noted from the prior inspectionPlus we add a administration fee to that for a total of $75.00.Mrs *** husband was on site and watched our employee the whole time if there were any concerns they should have been brought up at that time prior to our employee leaving the site.I would be happy to replace the timer once again however it will be done by my employee and sent through the mailThe cost of the Invoice will remain the same and no adjustments will be made. Hi ***-- This in regards to complaint ***. I looked at the report today and it appears closed/resolved so I could not add further comments. I responded with the acceptance of the new timer by mailand when received, I would pay the invoice. I sent my reply 3/24/17. Nearly weeks later, I have not received the new timer (so have not paid the invoice). I do not consider the issue resolved. Thanks in advance, *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
We do not agree with what the respondent has stated, i.e., that an appointment was made for that Thursday, that my husband was with the tech the whole time, and that the timer is new.  We will accept the new timer by mail (and have it installed by another company) and will pay the invoice once we have received the new timer.
