Per our conversation the events that occurred on February 26, Tenant requested someone come look at his stopped up toilet on February 19th, one of the ladies in office spoke to a roommate and let them know due to all the emergency calls that we would be there as soon as possible, but unfortunately emergency work orders come first Due to tenant's apartment having toilets Per our lease tenant is aware that once they put in a work order we have the right to enter apartment, but on the day of the 26th tenant D [redacted] came to office apparently thought front door was locked and it was not and hit the front door so hard times, not sure if this was with hand or foot, that he broke our door on the left that has locks at top and bottom going into the actual door frame He scared everyone so bad we all actually started running because we didn't know what was going on It sounded like someone threw a small bomb at the door One of the ladies realized someone was at the front door and went and opened the door and asked them what in the world was going on Tenant started screaming an cussing, she told him door was not locked and that he needed to calm down Then I spoke with him and told him he needed to calm down and come into my office and he continued to scream and say it didn't matter because we wasn't going to help him anyway I didn't even know at that moment what was wrong He finally came into my office still being irate The other ladies was scared so they called head maintenance man and he came in as I was explaining to the tenant that I was trying to help him and he was cussing me The maintenance man was then trying to tell him he was coming now but tenant was screaming walking out door Per on work orders tenant was putting wet wipes down toilet and then the 2nd time was trying to flush harden dog poop with napkins down, but this was fixed and completed Tenant's mother called apologizing for her son's behavior and his roommate which is his step brother, W [redacted] S***, came to office apologizing stating that his brother, D [redacted] D***, has anger issues If you have any other questions please call office.Thank you, B [redacted] G***Upstate Property Rentals, LLC/Southern Pines Apts (864) ***-*** ph
