The first day I went in to get my truck they had given me an interest of and had told me that the financial office was closedSo I had gone in the next morning to finish the paperwork and they had given me a higher rate at for monthsNow, after weeks of them telling me that the loan was approved, they contacted me to tell me the rate had gone up to and instead of my payment being 43, then to Now its at or they give me the option to make month payment at which is above my budgetI had all ready upgraded this truck with many things, including running boards, top rack, new rims, inserted a liner for the bed, and many other small upgradesAlso, the salesman and the sales manager *** from the start were not pleasant people to deal withThey were rude and unprofessional in their sales actThey had a take it or leave it attitude and were not trying to negotiateVery rude, worse experience I have encountered with a supposed sales professionalI am still dealing with these people and have not resolved anything yet
Since I bought my 2014 Mustang from Team Ford I have had nothing but problems with their service. From day one my Sync (Cars interactive system) as never worked correctly and the staff does not have the answers why and the Sync was one of the deciding factors in purchasing my car. The staff damaged my car not once but twice leading to weeks without my car for body repairs.To be fair they did pay for a rental both times which they wouldn't had to do if they were more careful in the first place. After getting Revdex.com & File with the State of Nevada Lemon Law Claim only then did Team Ford Management stepped up and the Dealership Head (I believe his name was Mr. [redacted]) gave for my troubles reward point to uses (his words) any service that Team Ford offers including oil changes. First time I tried use my points at I was told that they cannot be used for Oil Change. This has happened twice now! NOT recommending this dealership to anyone Team Ford doesn't care about their customers.
