This company provided the best service EVER I wish more companies operated like this This service experience was by far the best of any service experience I've ever had They contacted me right away I didn't have to track them down Because it was after hours, they had me text pictures of the information on the water heater so that they could research the issue and parts that night When they came to the house they didn't just show up on-time, they showed up minutes early They were very courteousWhen they confirmed which replacement part was needed, the first available appointment wasn't for two more days However, once they completed their jobs for the day, they got the part and came backIt's a shame this company doesn't do all kinds of work BECAUSE I WOULD HIRE THEM FOR EVERYTHING! They communicate, they're polite, and most importantly they do what they say they're going to do (in this case they went above and beyond)

We were referred to them via our home warranty. Caked me within hoursof submitting the paperwork. Texted me before appointment time that they were coming. Extremely professional. I had sent him serial number and model number. He came with the right parts, avoiding second trip. For the other issue he followed through ordering the parts from manufacturer as the faucet was under warranty. Came back to install.
Kept me posted via texts.

Revdex.com contacted the business owner who stated that the home warranty company contracted them to work on the hot water heater. They replaced a valve our of courtesy which was not part of the...

agreed work order. The business told customer the humidifier needed to be replaced. The business also told customer to fix humidifier before turning the valve on. Customer would need to pay a service charge if they come out to fix the valve.

To start, the only contact with this business was exchanging voicemails. Not once, in multiple phone calls, did we ever speak with an actual person. Then the company showed up unannounced at our home, (we were not available) and left a charge slip for $75 due to a "missed" appointment. In a voicemail we left at this business, we asked if certain dates were available for appointment, we did not receive a call back letting us know if the date in question (the date they showed up unannounced) was available. So logically, we did not plan for anyone showing up. We are dealing with fixing our plumbing problem on our own.
