Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that although this response is UNSATISFACTORY to me, it is not worth my time or frustration to waste any more of my time on this issue with Olson Construction I feel his workers were sloppy, careless, and to clarify I drove less than miles an hour, actually crept past their bobcat, YES bob cat or smaller road machineRon Olson never tried to call or left me any phone messages this comment he made is not true I felt very uncomfortable in his threatening manner he approached our home We would never recommend this company and hope that in the future his workers will be cautious to the home owners who live and have no choice but to drive past his road crew and would hope as a business owner he would operate with more professionalism in the future

I had tried to contact Ms [redacted] by phone and had not been able to reach her or get a return call, so out of respect and professionalism I drove to her home to talk with her about this matter I was not at anytime as she claims rude, condescending or arrogantIn that matter she became that way as soon as I suggested it could have been avoided had she drove slow and also paid attention to the road maintance being performedAt this point she got very upset and angry walked away to her front door and slammed it so hard I thought the door window was going to breakPrior to that I had asked her if she had seen the warning signs about road work being performed which were in place at each end of the work area, she stated she had not, which was probably because she entered in from her driveway between the warning signsAlso there was no bobcat onsite we were putting down tack oil and filling potholes with asphalt, there was a truck with asphalt, (4) laborers with orange safety vests, a support pickup with equipment for appling tack oil and asphalt, typical summertime road maintanceI spoke to our crew and they stated she drove in and out past them a few times, you would think between the large truck, warning & hazard lights, worker with orange vests etc workin on the road in her neighborhood alon with obvious black coloring on the road surface and a brand new vehicle she would have been more cautious, asked questions or thought about what I am going to drive into with my new vehicleGiving all these facts I feel Olson Construction is not did anything wrong or liable
