When the customer was deciding on a RV for full time living, she was encouraged to purchase a 5th wheel that was insulated more than any other 5th wheel or travel trailer currently on the market With a limited budget, the customer purchased based on price and desired floor plan The customer recognized the RV did not have heated and enclosed tanks or underbelly The customer remarked that it was not a problem, having previously lived in a trailer, she knew the precautions to take to ensure the trailer was suitable for winter living On the day of delivery, the gentleman towing the RV ( a mutual friend and repeat Ron Potts RVS' customer) commented to the customer and Ron Potts RVS that her RV was not all seasons The gentleman pointed out to the customer that the travel trailer did not have a heated and enclosed underbelly like the RV he had recently purchased Again, the customer stated she knew how to properly prepare the trailer for winter living, utilizing heated tape and heated pads Ron Potts RVS reached out to the customer to ensure the precautions taken by the customer were working and that the water lines had not frozen When the local temperature had reached degrees Fahrenheit, Ron Potts RVS contacted the customer again to offer a free service call The customer informed Ron Potts RVS that the lines were not frozen and a service call was not necessary A follow up call was made a week later; the customer did not answer or return the phone call The owner has spoken to the customer to talk through the situation and has offered good trade value on the RV Ron Potts RVS has worked with this customer throughout the entire situation

MrPotts is not being honest here yes budget was a consideration but not the main factor, It needed to be able to get us through the winter and yes I grew up in a trailer and I new I would have to skirt it and put heat tape on the outside water line leading from the Well to the Camper, but I knew nothing about heating pads for the tanks until one of my VP's at work mentioned it My daughter was with me the day we looked at and talked to MrPotts about which ones we liked, and yes I liked the 5th wheel but was concerned about getting someone to haul it for me but I could if needed, but he never once mentioned it was better insulated At no time did I ever think I would have to surround the camper with insulation board, at least bales of straw/hay (high in places) along with electric heaters under the camper and still have freezing issues I am getting ready to do more this weekend, cover windows with insulation board and up the sides too and with more straw On the day of delivery a mutual friend was helping me, but he in no way stated that my camper was not an all seasons nor did he state that my camper didn't have a heated and enclosed underbelly like his, for one he had not seen my camper at that time, we stood there and talked for almost mins waiting for them to pull mine around, we hadn't realized they had already did that, so this mutual friend did not see my camper until he pulled his truck up to it and hooked it up and even then he didn't looked under itTwo, as the mutual friend stated to me today when I asked him at am, his camper is not an all seasons either, nor does his have heated tanks or extra insulation He also stated he did not tell me any of what MrPotts said, since he had not seen my camper and would not know if my camper underbelly was enclosed or not or had heaters I had reached out to MrPotts several times about ideas on how to better prepare for winter in this camper not to mention that there was a leak that was discovered two months into living in it, in the slide out bottom back corner, I would have to pay for travel time and repair time to have someone come out to look at it, his person told me he said, even though it more then likely had been leaking for some time, even when I bought it He never reached out to me to ensure that I was taking precautions and that there were any frozen lines I had reached out to him and asked that he make this right and take this camper back and sell me the right one by this time I had talked to several dealers along with the manufacturer and all told me he should have never sold that too me, no matter how much I wanted it, knowing that I was going to be living in it I told him something needed to be done He stated he would would send out a couple techs on Friday the 15th, finally got a call around pm that day from one of his employees stating they would be sending tech out shortly and I said I hope they would be here by cause I have to leave to meet friends she said she would call me back next thing I know MrPotts calls and said that if I am not there they can't send anyone and that it didn't matter that my adult daughter would be there We bantered back and fourth a bit and I finally said ok fine I would cancel my plans he then proceeded to call me back several times with questions from his techs, the lines were not frozen at that time and he said the only thing at this time they could do was to cut the underside of the floor so they could get to the lines and then heat tape them, but didn't think I wanted the underside cut up I said no He did not call me back until the 23rd to see if everything was ok and correct I did not return his call due to the temps had been in the 30's and 40's so of course the lines did not freeze Starting on the 24th when the temps dropped again and until the 2nd I had not heard a word from MrPotts (temps were in the teens and single digits) and not a word he called me twice that day (1/2) once at pm I was on a call and could not get back to him due to work, he called again at pm but my phone was on vibrate (due to work) and in my purse so I did not know that he had called until about 630pm that night I called him back on 1/at am - Candice answered the phone I asked to speak to Ron, she said he was not available so she put me into their Finance voice mail (which is where I have left him messages before and he had rec'd those messages) I did not tell Candice who it was nor did she ask, she just put me to the voice mail he never returned my call, I called again on 1/at am and Tiffany answered said he was not available so she put me in the voice mail tooHe has not worked with me through this entire thing, if anything I have had more help from one of his competitors both a dealer and another competitor that just does maintenance, and friends who have campers He has never told me what the trade in amount would be, even when I asked him, he just said it would be fair considering I have only owned the camper for months, the fair thing would be to buy it back from me for what I paid for it and he can still sell it for the same price he had it listed at before I bought it, it had only been on his lot a week or two from what they told me, there should be no reason why he can't give me the full amount of what I paid for it, he will still make money on it, and then I can get the right camper for us

MrPotts is not being honest here. yes budget was a consideration but not the main factor, It needed to be able to get us through the winter and yes I grew up in a trailer and I new I would have to skirt it and put heat tape on the outside water line leading from the Well to the Camper, but I knew nothing about heating pads for the tanks until one of my VP's at work mentioned it. My daughter was with me the day we looked at and talked to MrPotts about which ones we liked, and yes I liked the 5th wheel but was concerned about getting someone to haul it for me but I could if needed, but he never once mentioned it was better insulated. At no time did I ever think I would have to surround the camper with insulation board, at least bales of straw/hay (high in places) along with electric heaters under the camper and still have freezing issues. I am getting ready to do more this weekend, cover windows with insulation board and up the sides too and with more straw. On the day of delivery a mutual friend was helping me, but he in no way stated that my camper was not an all seasons nor did he state that my camper didn't have a heated and enclosed underbelly like his, for one he had not seen my camper at that time, we stood there and talked for almost mins waiting for them to pull mine around, we hadn't realized they had already did that, so this mutual friend did not see my camper until he pulled his truck up to it and hooked it up and even then he didn't looked under itTwo, as the mutual friend stated to me today when I asked him at am, his camper is not an all seasons either, nor does his have heated tanks or extra insulation. I had reached out to MrPotts several times about ideas on how to better prepare for winter in this camper not to mention that there was a leak that was discovered two months into living in it, in the slide out bottom back corner, I would have to pay for travel time and repair time to have someone come out to look at it, his person told me he said, even though it more then likely had been leaking for some time, even when I bought it. He never reached out to me to ensure that I was taking precautions and that there were any frozen lines. I had reached out to him and asked that he make this right and take this camper back and sell me the right one. by this time I had talked to several dealers along with the manufacturer and all told me he should have never sold that too me, no matter how much I wanted it, knowing that I was going to be living in it. I told him something needed to be done. He stated he would would send out a couple techs on Friday the 15th, finally got a call around pm that day from one of his employees stating they would be sending tech out shortly and I said I hope they would be here by cause I have to leave to meet friends she said she would call me back. next thing I know MrPotts calls and said that if I am not there they can't send anyone and that it didn't matter that my adult daughter would be there. We bantered back and fourth a bit and I finally said ok fine I would cancel my plans. he then proceeded to call me back several times with questions from his techs, the lines were not frozen at that time and he said the only thing at this time they could do was to cut the underside of the floor so they could get to the lines and then heat tape them, but didn't think I wanted the underside cut up. I said no. He did not call me back until the 23rd to see if everything was ok and correct I did not return his call due to the temps had been in the 30's and 40's so of course the lines did not freeze. Starting on the 24th when the temps dropped again and until the 2nd I had not heard a word from MrPotts (temps were in the teens and single digits) and not a word. he called me twice that day (1/2) once at pm I was on a call and could not get back to him due to work, he called again at pm but my phone was on vibrate (due to work) and in my purse so I did not know that he had called until about 630pm that night. I called him back on 1/at am - Candice answered the phone I asked to speak to Ron, she said he was not available so she put me into their Finance voice mail (which is where I have left him messages before and he had rec'd those messages). I did not tell Candice who it was nor did she ask, she just put me to the voice mail. he never returned my call, I called again on 1/at am and Tiffany answered said he was not available so she put me in the voice mail too. He has not worked with me through this entire thing, if anything I have had more help from one of his competitors both a dealer and another competitor that just does maintenance, and friends who have campers. He has never told me what the trade in amount would be, even when I asked him, he just said it would be fair. considering I have only owned the camper for months, the fair thing would be to buy it back from me for what I paid for it and he can still sell it for the same price he had it listed at before I bought it, it had only been on his lot a week or two from what they told me, there should be no reason why he can't give me the full amount of what I paid for it, he will still make money on it, and then I can get the right camper for us

Mr. Potts is not being honest here.  yes budget was a consideration but not the main factor, It needed to be able to get us through the winter and yes I grew up in a trailer and I new I would have to skirt it and put heat tape on the outside water line leading from the Well to the Camper, but I knew nothing about heating pads for the tanks until one of my VP's at work mentioned it.  My daughter was with me the day we looked at and talked to Mr. Potts about which ones we liked, and yes I liked the 5th wheel but was concerned about getting someone to haul it for me but I could if needed, but he never once mentioned it was better insulated.  At no time did I ever think I would have to surround the camper with insulation board, at least 30 bales of straw/hay (4 high in places) along with electric heaters under the camper and still have freezing issues.  I am getting ready to do more this weekend, cover windows with insulation board and up the sides too and with more straw.  On the day of delivery a mutual friend was helping me, but he in no way stated that my camper was not an all seasons nor did he state that my camper didn't have a heated and enclosed underbelly like his, for one he had not seen my camper at that time, we stood there and talked for almost 30 mins waiting for them to pull mine around, we hadn't realized they had already did that, so this mutual friend did not see my camper until he pulled his truck up to it and hooked it up and even then he didn't looked under it. Two, as the mutual friend stated to me today when I asked him at 1114 am,  his camper is not an all seasons either, nor does his have heated tanks or extra insulation.  He also stated he did not tell me any of what Mr. Potts said, since he had not seen my camper and would not know if my camper underbelly was enclosed or not or had heaters.  I had reached out to Mr. Potts several times about ideas on how to better prepare for winter in this camper not to mention that there was a leak that was discovered two months into living in it, in the slide out bottom back corner, I would have to pay for travel time and repair time to have someone come out to look at it, his person told me he said, even though it more then likely had been leaking for some time, even when I bought it. He stated he would would send out a couple techs on Friday the 15th, finally got a call around 230 pm that day from one of his employees stating they would be sending tech out shortly and I said I hope they would be here by 5 cause I have to leave to meet friends she said she would call me back.  next thing I know Mr. Potts calls and said that if I am not there they can't send anyone and that it didn't matter that my adult daughter would be there. Starting on the 24th when the temps dropped again and until the 2nd I had not heard a word from Mr. Potts (temps were in the teens and single digits) and not a word.  he called me twice that day (1/2) once at 345 pm I was on a call and could not get back to him due to work, he called again at 545 pm but my phone was on vibrate (due to work) and in my purse so I did not know that he had called until about 630pm that night.  I called him back on 1/3 at 916 am - Candice answered the phone I asked to speak to Ron, she said he was not available so she put me into their Finance voice mail (which is where I have left him messages before and he had rec'd those messages).  I did not tell Candice who it was nor did she ask, she just put me to the voice mail.  he never returned my call, I called again on 1/4 at 902 am and Tiffany answered said he was not available so she put me in the voice mail too. He has not worked with me through this entire thing, if anything I have had more help from one of his competitors both a dealer and another competitor that just does maintenance, and friends who have campers.  He has never told me what the trade in amount would be, even when I asked him, he just said it would be fair.  considering I have only owned the camper for 4 months, the fair thing would be to buy it back from me for what I paid for it and he can still sell it for the same price he had it listed at before I bought it, it had only been on his lot a week or two from what they told me, there should be no reason why he can't give me the full amount of what I paid for it, he will still make money on it, and then I can get the right camper for us.
