I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Two days after filing complaint, on 10/7/2015, *** *** had called me in the morning to set an appointment to come look at my roofBy the end of the day he was at my house and had inspected the patch from the year priorHe said it appeared the edges of the patch needed to be fixed so he did the needed work to prevent further leaks*** also gave me his direct contact info and informed me to contact him directly if the leak continuedSince then there has been minimal rain so I cant say for sure if the leak has been stopped, but with the little rain we have had, the spot has not leakedI was very happy with Terry's quick response to get the issue resolvedI was assured that the missed appointment issue has been resolved in the office which in my opinion will make working with Ron Russell Roofing in the future much more enjoyableAt this time I am considering the issue resolved and will reach out directly to *** in the future if the leak occurs again.
