I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For further clarification on this matter, *** *** was incorrect in saying that my spouse *** *** forged documents, I myself, *** *** was the person who contacted the state, I used the exact documents that were supplied to me by *** *** I have those in hand and am happy to provide what I signed in the presence of *** *** to the Revdex.com for your records and am happy to provide ** *** the copy that was not altered or forged This in fact is a defamation of character in my eyes I have never once received a phone call from *** *** nor a voicemail since the purchase of that car He has not attempted to make any contact until this complaint I was NOT at the dealership prior to signing documents with *** ***, so therefore I had no prior knowledge of the security contract My spouse did call Ron Sayer the following day to see what we could do to get this refunded, I was not present at this phone call The document in questions was for and it was presented to me at the end of signing the documents and it was explained as a insurance policy in case of theft By this time, I was frustrated and was not happy with his service, so I just wanted to sign the documents and get out

The dispute in question is over an Edge Guard Security Systems anti-theft contract that we sell with every vehicle at Ron Sayer Nissan. to provide you with the signed copy of the actual contract [redacted] signed.  I have multiple witnesses that heard me explain this product  the day before the vehicle was purchased. The day the vehicle was purchased I went over all the figures and numbers again, as well as the  anti-theft product contract in question and had [redacted] sign the document.  It wasn’t until after they left that the spouse of the buyer ([redacted]) made calls to individuals at my dealership using a lot of profanity including multiple uses of the F word. Myself and other individuals that work for Ron Sayer Nissan have made multiple attempts  to contact  [redacted] and [redacted] with no answer, we have left multiple messages to call us back to help them resolve any concerns they might have only to not have any calls responded to or returned. You may also like to know that [redacted] contacted the state of Idaho with a complaint and sent them an altered version of the contract [redacted] signed. In other words [redacted] has altered or forged  documents in order to try and receive a refund of $199. I am more than happy to speak with [redacted] A [redacted] to discuss this matter with [redacted] and [redacted] alone.
