On Oct 20th 2016 Ron Self Motor Co. contracted two auto finance vehicles. One to [redacted] the other to [redacted]. Everyone of out vehicles are sold as is with no warranty, firmly expressed and papers signed.[redacted] paid one thousand dollars down on his truck and [redacted] six hundred...

on hers. Miss [redacted]s contract has a 200 differed down payment due on the 21st paid on the 24th.Express during sale also was that full coverage insurance be provided on both vehicles. Never receivedOn 11-02-16 Mr. [redacted] called and said his truck overheated in Alvarado. He was informed that if he brought it in we would be glad to try and help him. He said he couldn't so I said I'd call a wrecker but we didn't provide that service.The truck was brought in but not immediately examined. The next afternoon the truck was determined to have a leaking water pump. [redacted] call to see if ready, was told it wasn't and he wanted to come get it and take it to his mechanic. He was told no, that we had already sent the wrecker and has started tearing it down to fix. On the 3rd they came to the office and wanted to argue the charges. Myself and our mechanic were present. [redacted] did not want to pay for the wrecker. I asked for that plus 1/2 parts and told him the labor was 0. Still arguing the facts and bad mouthing cussing and yelling, I have server different moments recorded He said he didn't want the truck anymore and was going to severe ties with us. He asked for money back and I said we didn't do that. He ask me to come get it and they are sold as is! [redacted] said he was done and we could keep it. They left!Saturday the 5th Mr. [redacted] his girlfriend and two other men came in at 5 minutes of closing to exchange radios. Which was in agreement with both parties. I asked for the keys to the Camero which see would not do. All four of them were arguing with me cussing me and threatening bodily harm. I asked them to leave. The situation escalated one man getting in my face and threatening. Mr. [redacted] threatening from a few feet. Recorded on my phone. The police came she gave them the key we exchanged radios.Insurance was never put on either vehicle, requred by contract! They also said, "We know where you live"[redacted]Sales Man

I am rejecting this response because:It clearly states on the attorney general website that repairs made to my truck have to approved by me and an estimate provided which wasnt. I asked him to show me the old water pump and my [redacted] refused. Also he had no right to take the fuses out of mrs [redacted]s camry cause the payment wasnt due til the next day. I tried to pay for the camry and go get the insurance right then and he told me no and took the fuses out of her car. The complaint here is that he did repairs without giving an estimate and showing the old part or that new parts were going to be installed also they are two seperate notes and we are expected to get insurance yes and were in the state allowed time to do so. Im taking them to court on this matter and will not stop until my money is refunded. I will picket in front of your business until it is refunded. He can chose how he wants to do this. Lose future business. Or refund the shady business he did in this matter
