I filed a claim with my home warranty and was referred to Ron's Heating and Cooling My first experience was in August when my air went out We were scheduled to have repairs done that day, but Ron's staff did not show up, nor did they call to reschedule to tell us they were going to be delayed, they just didn't show up Here we are again, one month later, after we paid for service that was supposedly done in August which was to clean the air conditioner's coils Again, today, I was assured they would be here between 2:and 6:pm, and again we sit It is now after 7:pm and again this company didn't show up; call; reschedule, even though I indicated we had no air in the house Again, no courtesy call This is not the way customers should be treated I do not recommend this business to anyone

I was referred this business by my warranty companyMy AC went out with small children in the house and the AZ heatI had a horrible time getting a hold of this companyThe phone almost always went to voicemailI made an initial appointment with them and no one showed, when I called they rescheduled and no one showed againEventually I had to call from a different phone number to get them to answer their phoneI was told to call if someone wasn't there by and that the technician was on his wayNo one showed up and at this point no one ever answered the phone againI never received a call back from my many messages or a response to my emailThis place was beyond unprofessional and no one should ever do business with them !

I was referred this company through my home warranty company My heater is not working The technician showed up hours late He said he fixed the problem, but would need to come back to do further testing, as there might be crack in the heat exchanger, in which case, I would be replacing the entire unit Within hours, the heater was no longer working I have called and left messages twice, and have not received a response

I also contacted Ron's in reference to a Home Warranty issue with my air conditionerAfter the first repair they too recommended that I clean the coils to my unitI paid $to have them cleaned then it broke againI have tried several times to contact themThree times I was told I had the wrong numberWhen they finally came to my house the repair person brought his wife who used her phone to look how to fix my unitThey also came in a vehicle with no company markings which should have been my first clueThey stated they ordered a part but never re-contacted me for the repairI am now using a different company and I would not use this company ever
