I am rejecting this response because: he is lieing I'm the one that conntacted the bar I have my complaint number and email from [redacted] and I didn't wait no few month to take my car back it was only days and in that days that I had the car I took it to him because it was makein a nosie he had it for hour and when I went to get it he said it was good he never told me that he wanted to keep it he had my car from 10/12/to 7/26/and then it broke down again on 8/5/from 8/22/yes he did tow my car for free times but I aslo pay to get it town to his shop the first time it broke down after having it for days

To whom it may concern: Regarding the Chevy Impala We had the vehicle towed to our shop (Ron's Auto Shop and did not charge for the tow) from another shop in Armona, Ca per [redacted] on 08/31/ Per [redacted] ***, the shop in Armona, CA had notified her that the Impala needed a new motor, however, she for some reason did not trust them, therefore she called Ron's Auto to have it towed here to our shop After the technician diagnosed it was found that the vehicle only had a "Blown Head Gasket" We notified [redacted] of the diagnosis and got the "ok" to do the work verbally over the phone Technician immediately began work on this vehicle and had heads machined, resurfaced and pressure tested for cracks After repairs, vehicle was test drove and the vehicle was good to go [redacted] came by paid $and picked up the vehicle on 09/10/ Vehicle was returned a few days later due to over heating We found the "Upper Plenum of Intake Manifold" had crack, therefore, it was leaking coolant internally mixing with oil This issue had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with replacing the head gasket), however, we replaced the Upper Plenum at no cost to the customer Vehicle then was picked up by [redacted] and her husband Two weeks later vehicle came back vehicle was checked for "Rocker Arms" were loose, but there were no issues with the Rocker Arms Customer was asked to leave the vehicle so we can take a better look at it, but customer was impatient stated it was their only vehicle and they needed it The customer was advised that driving the vehicle could damage the engine and still they choose to take the vehicle A few months later we received a phone call from [redacted] stating the vehicle was "Knocking" very loudly and accused us of not correctly fixing the vehicle Again, we had the vehicle towed FOR FREE from Armona, Ca back to Ron's Auto Shop After a quick diagnosis the engine was knocking and we let the customer know that now she was "probably" going to need an engine, however, we needed more time to review it After a complete review it was found the only the "Crank Shaft" needed to be replaced They were not satisfied with that they wanted a new motor With that I myself contacted a representative with the BAR, [redacted] I gave him a brief statement of my situation and asked him if It would be "OK" to replace the "Crankshaft" because that actually would fix the issue [redacted] stated "if that is what will fix the issue then that would be fine" We decided we would repair the vehicle at no charge, we wanted to avoid any issues with the customer However, we still have a business to run and other vehicles that also need to be repaired and other customers that need to be taken care of At this time we only had one technician and he was doing his best to prioritize and get all the vehicles done properly and out as quickly as possible It did take longer then we had liked, and unfortunately this was all being done at our cost and we needed to make sure the funds were available We started receive threatening phone calls from [redacted] and her husband ***'s husband left several threatening, nastly voicemails agaist me, my daughter, my wife, and my motherand several "NASTY" reviews on YELP He talked about hurting my family, he talked about things he would do to my daughter and my wife and accused me of doing drugs He stated that I should "watch my back" because he had family that were gang members and they were notified to "GET ME AND MY FAMILY" and just really NASTY threatsI asked [redacted] to tell her husband to STOP with all the threats and she said "I don't have control over what he says or does" At that point I chose not to continue work on this vehicle and asked them to get there vehicle out of my shop I do have the messages on file and saved some of the voicemails if you need to see them I can be contacted at ###-###-#### Thank you, [redacted] Rons Auto Shop
