I rented for washco management for yearswhen I first moved in it was okI moved in October the start of summer things changedit started with the A/C breakingwhen I called the after hours maintenance number they said someone would be in the next day, it was degrees in my apartmentThey "fixed" it a few days laterThe next summer it was the same thing it was broke againI then put my day notice inAfter talking with the then property manager about staying she said ok she would pass it on to the next lady as she was leaving *** *** apartments to go to another washco propertyI then received a phone call saying that they rented the apartment out and I had one week to leaveSo between working 40+ hours a week I had to find time to packI got everything packed out and was cleaning I was going to finish my cleaning and when I arrived at the apartment all my clean stuff was gone and all the food I had left in the freezer and refrigerator were gone as wellWhen I talked to Shannon the property manager now she gave me attitude for calling her work phone after hoursI will never rent from them again and I will never recommend them to anyone
