Complaint,***, THE LADY IN QUESTION HAS BEEN A REGULAR PAIN IN OUR SIDEHER MUSTANGG CAME IN AFTER SITTING FOR YEARSWE DID NOT DO A TOTAL RESTORATION O HER CAR, JUST THE ENGINETHE ALL THE COMPONETS SUCH AS CARBURATOR, DISTSRUBITOR, COIL, AND MANY OTHER THINGS GAVE UP AFTER DELIVERYWE
REPLACED MOST OF THE ITEMS FREE OF CHARGE AND A REGRET FOR THIS HAPPENINGBRAKES WERE NEVER A QUESTION OR ENTERED ON A REPAIR ORDERHER DRIVING TO THE SHOP WAS A EXPERIENCE I WOULD NEVER WANT AGAIN, SHE ALMOST RAN STOP SIGN.S AND ROAD THE BRAKES ALL THE WAY TO THE SHOPI TRULEY THINK *** COULD NOT PLEASE THIS WOMANi WILL MEET HER IN COURT IF NECESSARY

I am rejecting this response because: These people do not have the expertise to fix a tricycleIn his response, *** made my case for me, in that he said I almost ran two stop signs - proof that the brakes were not workingAND he and *** both represented to me at my two initial visits that my vehicle would be "Restored" which was a lie, and they knew it - if the engine were the only repair to be made, I would have taken it to a place that only worked on enginesThey assured me that the car would be restored with original partsI hope no one else (besides the other two people who were ripped off by these people, as indicated by their "reviews") will ever be taken advantage of slick advertising and blatant lies againI will go to court and see what a judge/jury has to say about people being robbed by incompetent "business people."

Respond to rejection, the customer in question to her Mustang was informed when she came in that we could not take on any more restorations because we had several in line and would not be able to start for long time on the projectWe did tell her we could handle the rebuilding of her motor repairThe engine is the only item that was repaired on her carThe repair order will not reflect any restoration other than the engineWe have bent over backward to make her happy, but to no availWe are truly sorry she is upset but feel there is no resolve to her complaint since she is making faults statements about what we did to her car

I am rejecting this response because: Once again, this is a blatant lieI was in no hurry to have my vehicle "restored" and they were more than happy to take my $5,upfrontIt took them over 6-1/months to do the small amount they did do and then I had to return it at least three times because of their ineptness to do anything rightIf they could not have kept my original parts, they should have called me and I would have had the car towed back to my residence; instead they bought, and charged me for, defective parts - as defective as their mechanical servicesI can't believe I was sent home in a car with bad brakes - as Ralph Nader said several years ago, my vehicle is now "unsafe at any speed" due to the inability of this business to conduct the business it advertises.Yes, I am totally unhappy with this whole situation and I will pursue a Deceptive Trade Practices suit (suing for treble damages, plus attorney's fees and court costs) if the entire amount I paid them for the mess they made of my vehicle is not returned to me ASAPI am not the only customers they have swindled out of money by not only not doing the job promised but damaging the vehicle while it was in their possession
