Mr*** request for a refund is not acceptable to Greenup Mr*** would not allow us to inspect his lawn to confirm his complaint about the treatment did not work or allow us to take any corrective action if needed

The letter Mr*** sent to us is an address that we moved from in April The fowarding of mail from this address expired the first of October Our mailing address is a P.OBox which is noted on all of our invoices The first treatment for Mr*** was on 7/12/which
included fertilizer and insect control There was evidence of sod webworms at that time Mr*** called our office wanting another treatment stating he thought he had sod webworms He was informed by our office staff that a service will be set up to address this issueHe was told the lawn should start to recover within to weeks depending on the weather conditions, cooler weather and/or lack of water will delay the recovering time The insecticide that was used for the sod webworms controls the insect very well There is not an insecticide that will control the moths or eggs that may have been laid Moths in the lawn is an indication that there could be sod webworms in the lawn Once the sod webworms have been controlled with a treatment, very seldom does a reinfestation occur Mr*** called our office 10/7/requesting us to return to check on the lawn Our office staff called 10/12/to let Mr*** know we would be out on 10/12/to check his lawn and retreat if needed at no charge He declined the service and stated our treatment did not work Our staff tried to get Mr*** to let us come out address his concern, to which he declined the service.We have treated over lawns this summer for sod webworms and have not a single instance of the treatment not working Mr*** did not inform us at any time that he had someone else treat his lawn He did stated he wanted a refund for the last service but would not allow us to come out and inspect the lawn to evaluate our treatment A refund would not be allowed if we can not inspect our work
