Personnel, I am not satisfied with the business response to complaint
ID # *** Apparently Ron did not read the initial complaint letter very
wellAs I said in that letter the problem existed since day one when
the coil and filter were new which would eliminate the coil being the
issue and the restriction is being created else where -especially when
the coil has been cleaned and was found to be very cleanIt puzzles me
that Ron would suspect the duct work as the problem as it is half the
size required to move the cfm the ton air handler is capable ofI
spoke with two technicians at *** Air handler and heat pump
manufacturer TE support about Ron's claims that the air filter is
breaking apart ad plugging the col, they had never heard of such a
problemThe electrostatic filter is like new and shows absolutely no
sign of fraying or wearRon stated he has done other homes with a
similar setupThe word similar is very vague- in what way? This means
that Ron is not installing any of his systems per industry standard, all
heating and cooling zones should have own thermostat and control valve
and not require a person to manually operate valves when changing modes
of operationOf the five contractors I spoke with all use thermostat
and control valve for every heating/cooling zoneThe similar setups Ron
speaks of may work OK but are not operating as well and as efficiently
as they could be because Ron uses improper size duct work and pipingIt
a;so means they are pushing cool air outside and drawing in hot humid
air in AC mode because of lack of dampers on the air ex changer duct
workThese homeowners don't know it but they are paying a lot more than
they should be in electricity because the system is setup improperly
According to the contractors I spoke with a lot of the systems Ron
installed no longer existThey have either been completely redone or
modifiedAs for the building inspector goes, I'm not sure if he missed
that portion or whatThe bottom line is the system does not adequately
cool my homeRon claims that I will never be happyWho would be happy
about spending $22,plus on a home heating and cooling system that
does not preform even close to what it shouldRon is simply trying to
duck the problem as he knows it is major re-work to make it rightI'll
guarantee none of his jobs are obtained by word of mouth as I have not
met anyone who has anything good to say about Ron's work, not oneRevdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID .12078765,and find that arbitration is necessarySincerely,Michael ***

I don't believe that the problem with the with the a/c is duct work the problem is an obstruction in the air coil due to the filter that came with the unit falls apart and plugs the coil deep insideI know mike is going to say that he cleaned it but we have recently seen in other
similar coils with that filter that that is were the problem isas far as all the otherthings on his list we have done many homes with similar set up that have worked fineThe other point I would like to make is that the house was inspected by the bldg inspector from the community where it was built and I am pretty sure that he would have made me change it if something was wrong or not given Mike an occupancy permitthe other thing with mike is whenever I go there things start out pretty calm and before long he is yelling and telling me how I did every thing wrong and I am going to fix it or elseFrankly he makes me a little nervous and don't think he will ever be happy
