Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below If posting the issue as it happened with the lies and showing the picture proof that you dealership lied to me is cyber bashing, well I guess the truth does hurt doesn't itTrying to make it look like I caused this issue is insultingAny statements I have made were truthful and backed up with proof via pictures of the text and the visual voicemails I would never let you dealership touch the vehicle, your dealership has was caught in multiple lies so how could I trust you at this point? I would however except another dealer, not owned or affiliated with your dealership, to inspect the installation of the wiringA 3rd party would be impartial and there could not be any influence by you or your staff which should be at your cost This would be the only way there could be closure since your employee's were not honest from the start and have gone back on their statementsRemember, this all started by your vendor not installing the wiring correctly and your employees promising (see those pictures) to take care of the issue which I was fine with until your sales manager went back on what was agreed toHe did not even bother to own up to it until I confronted them with the GPS informationYour salesman, when I picked up the car no mention that the car left the property and that your technicians did not do itAs I stated before, the 3rd party wanted to drill holes in the car which was not needed since Ford makes this car with a factory installed hitchThe same passages through the body should be used since Ford will have them no matter if the car came with a hitch or notStatements that day from the 3rd party said they would need to drill holes in the carThe question are now do I have now new holes in the body, how do I know? If so, what happens to the integrity of the body panel, will it now rust, was it primed if they drilled, will it rust out a year from now, who knows because someone else not under your control did itYour sales manager should be ashamed of doing this, how can anyone trust what he says or what anyone says there [redacted]

First off I would begin by apologizing to Mr [redacted] for any misunderstanding regarding the installation of the trailer hitch he requested and ultimately receivedFranklin Ford has engaged [redacted] for many years to perform various installations on our new and pre-owned vehiclesThey are a reputable organization with a proven track record of quality workAlthough the initial installation was not to your satisfaction, the job was corrected by the vendor and I am confident that the work is correctI will offer to personally inspect the vehicle aided by my Shop Foreman, a Ford certified technician to ensure that everything is in proper order with the trailer hitch and wiring Please contact me directly to arrange for this inspection [redacted] , General Manager Franklin Ford

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] . Please add your rejection comments below. [redacted] I have tried to email you all weekend @ [redacted] @franklinford.com and your email box is full, I just tried again and its still full. As someone who works in IT I have attached a pic of a test utility showing its still full. As stated before, how can I believe what you are saying when I have print screens of texts, visual voicemail saying the very same thing that your people will do the work. Your making this out that I'm unreasonable when its your dealership who was dishonest and did live up to the agreed to repair by your technicians but instead decided to send it back to the same people who claim they needed to drill holes in the car. You and I both know ford would not build 2 different quarter panels, the path for the proper wiring is there since this car comes with a factor installed hitch. I don't for a second even believe that this is the you, its probably the sales GM who said the original install was correct!!! And then lied and said you guys were going to do it. What about my time, my mileage, etc.? I think its within reason that I should ask for the installation costs back for this since it was not properly done in the first place and especially after your dealership went back on their word, lied to my face. I have all the pics of the texts, we had a verbal deal and I have a screen shot of your salesman saying your guys out back will do the work , see attached [If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.] Regards, [redacted]

This does not satisfy my claimIf Franklin Ford itself does not recognize my dimished value claim themselves then please pass it along to your general liability insurance carrier and have them contact meI will be pursuing this further with litigation if necessary

Mr*** Yesterday was the first time I heard of your complaintI am here at the dealership Mon- Friand my mailbox has not been fullYour claim for a refund is unreasonableYou have a trailer hitch that we will insure is properly installed My offer stands***

[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.] In regards to the response from Franklin Ford, how in any way shape or form can I believe anyone there since I was lied to by multiple people in this dealership. Understandably he is the GM but I tried to email him personally a few times and never could get through because his in box was full. To say his staff will inspect the car, I was told that already, so why would I believe it? Also, who is going to pay for my time, mileage and fuel that they used without my authorization to return the vehicle who caused the issue in the first placeI'm out time at work, etc. In my opinion this is less than adequate, I should be reimbursed for my time, mileage and yes the installation. I don't know how they can run a dealership with the sales crew who lie to their customers

This vehicle was sold to Mr*** months agoThe purchase and sale agreement clearly stated that the vehicle was formerly a rental vehicle and the Ford Certified Inspection was completed including a Car Fax report that stated "no accident / damage reported"Every effort was made to insure Mr

At this point it appears Mr*** is more concerned with cyber bashing Franklin Ford than meeting to inspect his vehicle and insure everything is in working order with the traler hitchI don't see any point in continuing this discussionI have apologized for any misinformation communicated and I made an offer to personally inspect the work performedI did discover an issue with my *** email and have corrected and tested it as wellI feel I have responded appropriately to the trailer hitch issue\*** * ***Franklin Ford

Atraced are pictures of the repairs that were doneAlso, I went to the dealership for an oil change and mentioned that my fog light was out for some reasonThe dealership looked into it and said it was unplugged and plugged it back inThey would have notice the damage in the attached photosThe entire fog light assembly was repaired at sone point prior to sale of the vehicleI cannot under stand how a vehicle is a "Certified Preowned" when there was clearly crash damageIf not noticed then the certifying process is clearly a joke. Also see the paint marker on the inside showing that a repair was done

Franklin Ford will not consider a claim for diminished valueWe will, however, investigate a trade assist for a comparable vehicle if the customer so desires

Tell us why here...the customer had some air cond repairs done for the sum of $2278,60,that was covered under extended warranty, the customers bill was $381.83, all other repairs in the last years were for other items, the customer had another issue with another part of his air cond,we
offered him the repair for $,the est was for $to repair we told him we would help him with the repair and it would only cost him $300.00,he was very happy with the out come and was going to call you to let you know he was happy with the the est ,
