Mr [redacted] 's aircondtioning issue has been resolved Additionally he was given the personal phone number of our air conditioning contractor's customer service manager should he experience any issues in the future Mr [redacted] will still need to make his home available during customer service hours Monday - Friday from 8:am - 4:pm for any future customer service issues and they will be handled promptly as they are will all our customers.We appreciate Mr [redacted] choosing [redacted] and value him as a customer

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint The unit is not functioning properly It is taking over an hour to cool the house, I went to look at the outside unit to get the model number to make sure its even the correct configuration [redacted] placed duct take on the outside unit to "patch" whatever was broken this is a brand new house, I dont not accept duct tape being placed on my unit as a "fix" the house still does not cool It takes an hour PLUS to drop the house one degree, ever other person I talk to tells me they are cooling their house each degree in or so minutes My unit runs from 4PM -10PM to take the temp from 81-to 75.the Temp coming out of the vents is degrees, while the house is at Also I have not refuse access to my house I have tried to work with both [redacted] and [redacted] ***, I have taken days of vacation to allow [redacted] to come make warranty repairs to the house I cant keep taking days, at some point they need to be flexible Regards,

Legend Homes values and appreciates evry homeowner who has purchased a home from us and regrets that *** *** is having issiues with a blockage in his plumbing. As *** *** closed on his home in June 2001, his home is well outside of the warranty period on the plumbing. Blockages can
occur occasionally and do fall under the category oh homeowner maintenance and repair.The plans for *** ***'s home are most likely archived, however, as is the case with all builders blueprints, there is nothing on them that would show the locations of where a pluming line would run underneath the foundation. Blueprints only show locations of plumbing fixtures in the home, which would not provide any assistance to *** ***'s plumber in location the lines.. When installing the drainage and water supply lines for a home, plumbers will run the lines to those location at their discrestion, but do not record specific locations or measurements, so there is nothing that would show the location of the lines.*** *** plumber should be able to measure the distance to the blockage with the camera to locate the specific location of the blockage

The test of the carpet did show that it was performing per specificationsWe have installed this specific carpet in hundreds of homes throughout the Houston area and have not had issues with this productWhile the carpet is performing to manufacturers specifications, we will refund the upgrade
priceThe check will be processed and mailed by the end of the week

*** *** *** regrets Mr*** has been having service issues with his air conditioning. As with all builders, customer service hours are Monday - Friday from 8:am - 5:pm. Mr*** refused to allow access to his home during these hours. Hours after 5:
pm are normally reserved by our air conditioning contractor for situations where there is a total system failure which was not the case with the issue Mr*** was experiencing.Last Saturday, the vice president for *** *** *** serviced Mr***'s air conditioning unit and it is now functioning properly. *** *** *** stands ready to address any customer service issues on any of our homes as we have over our year history. Should Mr*** require customer service in the future, he will need to allow the appropriate trades access to his home during customer service hours of Monday - Friday from 8:am and 5:pm
