I have subscribed a contract with this rental company of
my vacation property of timeshare according to which I would receive an
amount of money for the rent my property in Mexico that did not mention
any payment of my part initially, later, this company indicates that I
must cancel my registration as a foreign investor for the operation and
they ask me for a money transfer, which I made after signing an addendum
to the contract that they sent me indicating that these payments that
they demanded from me would be reimbursed later, then they request a
second transfer of money for the closing of the operation, which I also
did, and finally they inform me of the VAT I can not pay, so I asked
them to return my money because I can not cover so many expenses that
were not even contemplated in the initial contract, and Now they
threaten to sue me for non-compliance and they deny me the return of my
