This company doesn't even deserve one starThe way they treated meFirst ripped me off with my trade inThen wait over two weeks to get a gun that they say they orderedI tried many times to cancel the orderThey wouldnt give me my money backThe owner is a liarInstead of taking responsibility on the orderingHe blames the wholesalersPlease customers stay away from this unprofessional businessDon't let there fake smiles fool youI will be reporting then to the Revdex.comI'm going to do everything in my power to show that this company shouldn't be trading

Mr*** placed an order on 2/14/for a firearmMr*** at the same time traded in a different firearm that we allowed $as a travalue towards the new purchaseThis $trade in value was used as a deposit for the new orderAt the same time Mr*** was
informed that if we purchased his traout right it (not used towards order) it would be less then $We placed the order with our distributor on 2/16/We found out when the order arrived (with other items) that the firearm was back ordered on 2/22/The gun was reordered with a different distributor on 2/23/The gun arrived on 3/2/and Mr*** was notified that he could pick up his orderMr*** came in to pick up his gun on 3/2/but was unable to pick up the gun because he did not possess a New Jersey Firearms Pistol Permit from his local Police Department (that is needed for handgun purchase)Mr*** stated that we never informed him he needed a pistol permitBeing that you have needed a pistol permit in the State of New Jersey since and he already owned a handgun this never was brought up by us or the customerCustomer stated that he was a Police Officer for years and now retiredHe should have knownMr***'s spouse has called on several occasions with *** knowledge of the situation and NJ firearms lawsI request that Mr*** contact me directly to discuss the payment/purchase of his tragunIn this complaint Mr*** disputed the amount at $which is actually the sub-total of what he owes me after the trade less taxI only owe him for the trade/purchase price of $less the $New Jersey background check which we initiated and paid for with the State PoliceTotal owed to customer $Summary: This complaint was made prior to the delivery on the firearm on 3/2/We tried to deliver the firearm as promised on 3/2/at which time Mr*** could not produce the legal required documentation in the Sate of New Jersey to aquire a handgunThe entire timeline for Mr***'s order was from 2/14/to 3/2/17, a total of business daysAny additional questions please let me knowThank youBrian Sisz
