DO NOT USE Initial truck came out and FOUND the tank, but not enough effort to find the capTruck left I was charged $ Few days later, Manager came out - found the SAME tank and this time found the cap - I was charged another $ Couple more days later, then the truck comes out and they cleared out the gallons for $ Total bill = $ I felt scammed! The initial truck FOUND the tank, but were 'too lazy' to find the cap which resulted in me paying an additional $TWICE The company's laziness was rewarded I asked for a $refund and met with a VERY curt office manager, then an over the top escalation manager the next day I was shocked

we have spoken with this company about a quote they gave us on repairing our septic systemthey do not care about their clients or their clients health at all as this is a health issueour septic is not draining and flooding into the yardwe have children and senior citizens living on the property and with the septic flowing into the yard it is a health issue and an environmental issue!!!They have drain our septic twice and the second time they drained it the septic was only half full but they charged us full price!!! we have used their service for years now and now they are telling us that it is going to cost us over $2,to get out septic repaired but they are not will to work with us on paymentsevery time we call them they tell us that they will call back but never do we get a run around every timei see that they are not an accredited business with you guys and they only have complaints listed

I have been a customer of Ron's Tidy Tank since and have spent $5,with them during this time period They recently serviced my septic system under my annual contract with them and the service man backed into my basketball net resulting it being tilted and the concrete uplifted When I called the owner, he did not want to acknowledge any damaged and told me he was cancelling my contract and did not want my business anymore Obviously very surprised this is how Ron's Tidy Tank treats is longstanding good customers, with a F-off message and a hatogether with informing me they will cancel my service plan I strongly suggest customers find other reputable companies to service their septic systems, as this company employs questionable ethics in treating customers fairly
