When Mr [redacted] came in to are bullhead location for an oil change we also sold him a serpentine belt for his ford explorer prices belt labor We have agreement with Mohave electric corp for there customers to get a percent discount when they present the card at time purchase Mr [redacted] invoice shows the purchase date 6/25/He called our store to weeks ago the manager called me and asked what should I do I told him to ask the customer why he did not present the discount card at time purchase and I told the manager to refund the discount amount of cents I was not there when Mr [redacted] came in to get his credit the manager said that they got into verbal insults and Mr [redacted] was asked to leave
