a misunderstandingWe strive for great customer service.On 5/1/at 20:we were called to respond to an accidentWe arrived and got our directions from theOSHP Trooper.Our driver, with the Trooper, spoke with the girl in the accident and her mother who had arrived to thesceneOur tow driver gave them a business card while informing them that the wrecked vehicle would betaken to Ron's impound yardWith being 9pm, *** *** was closed and not able to makepayment for the tow if we were to deliverIt is an industry standard that if payment is not made at timeof the service, the vehicle is taken to the impound yardIt is procedure for ALL local tow companies todrop the vehicle in their impound yards' until the following morning when businesses are open.The next morning, 5/2/18, *** called for primary tow charges and they arrived shortly thereafter withpayment to collect the vehicle, transferring it to *** ***.Again, we are sorry for the confusionOur driver thought everything was clarified when he and theTrooper spoke with MsS*** and her daughter.Sincerely,Ron's TowingD & F Collision / Ron's Towing *** ** *** *** *** ** *** ***

per conversation with the customer,she had broke down and the police officer stopped to assist her.Asked he if she needed a tow truck or had called one yet?She told the officer no.So he dispatched in needing tow truck.Police department called the next available tow company.My boss is telling me that
when the officer stopped the car was abandoned,no one was with the car.she showed up after the call was made before tow truck arrived.And was sitting in warm car behind it.I had talked to her the next day over the phone and explained to her,I did not yell at her,that is what are police rate isshe did not like my explaination and I advised her to call back after and talk to the owner.He told her the same thing and I highly doubt that he yelled at her!As for my driver being late, I was informed that he arrived in a timely manner.Not sure what the temp.was but my driver doesn't wear overalls,just a jacket and gloves.And I seriously doubt he was complaining bout his how cold it was,and as for being slow,he has to ensure the safety of himself and the car
