I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have the brake pads and I am VERY happy to return them to him I will do so this week They are not original brake pads as he claimed - he had assured me that he buys them directly from Land Rover The brake pads he installed made a lot of noise and you had to press very hard on the brakes for them to work It felt very unsafe The original brakes that were to be used are a different size I had to not only change the brake pads but also the rotor.THIS ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK

Customer satisfaction is always our top priorityHowever, it is physically impossible to install the wrong brake pad on this model Range Rover because only the correct part will fitAlso, our warranty policy (which is printed on the back of the work order *** *** signed) clearly states we
guarantee our work for months or 12,miles, whichever comes first*** ***'s warranty is still active, so our manager has offered a refund to *** *** if he returns the parts we installed, but so far he has not done soOnce *** *** returns the parts, we will issue an immediate refund
