This store does not seem interested in getting my businessI sent them a first email in August asking to get an estimate for some flooring workI have sent emails, phoned them and dropped byI received an answer to one email a month ago that offered to have someone come with weeksNothing heard since and nobody ever cameI wanted the AirMiles for the materials and installation but I might as well go somewhere else as they really don't seem interested in customer service or the job

Service is ABSOLUTELY horrible "That's our policy" is a mantra, repeated over and over again, regarding returns & price matching
Just spoke with a manager on the phone after buying a $***gazebo The price dropped to $***a month and a half later The return policy is ***days - but DON'T LET THAT FOOL YOU Price matching is only for ***DAYS The managers solution? Pack it up and bring it in for a return, and buy another one
Which we will probably do Rona just lost a customer mid-renovation
Shop at ***, even if it costs more, at least they stand by their policies
