Ronald J. Ruskan, Attorney at Law Reviews (3)

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Although I don't need 3rd parties constantly calling me every day for weeks on end 4x a day trying to get me to buy their services the way they did. Not to mention after looking up a few things on the net I was convinced they were some type of scam trying to get my money and after mentioning what happened on a popular social networking site, one of friends said she got similar calls from companies like this and threatened them with action if they didn't stop calling and after that they stopped calling. All in all I am happy I got a refund but the lesson here is "If I want you for services I'll call you, don't call me Soliciting." I have Geek Squad protection plan with my new computer and if I have issues with my computer I can easily go to them and have them resolve the problem without having to spend an extra $300 for no reason. Plus Mashoutable calling me back with a lower price of around $300 compared to the $500/month price they originally mentioned during the phone call (which is why I hung up with them in first place) didn't sound right but I went with it since they dropped the price. And finally if they are a refutable company which looks like they are, why constantly call me from a restricted number that you can't call back to if they want you to have their services?  Finally according to the paperwork I got from them, there was no guarantee I was going to get a refund according to what was stated in bold red color.  I don't know, those are just a few things I thought I'd mention but yes I'm happy with the refund.
Regards,

To Whom It May Concern,         We're only having customer satisfaction as our primary objective, we've already refunded the customer.  Additionally, to clear up a few points, there was actually zero need for a "Revdex.com" complaint, as we clearly state our refund policy on our website and gladly would have not left him nor any other customer unsatisfied ever.        Our team did also indeed clean up, fix, and improve his computer with our service, as well as provided a 12 month (1 year) membership, including 24/7 expert tech support with unlimited calling, with service similar to a concierge where we call the client to make sure they are running smooth rather than them having to call us, which our lesser level members must do.        Finally, we did not state that we were nor are from Microsoft itself, and actually the client or we, can provide evidence of the contract that we have signed before charging for their membership which clearly and explicitly states that we are independent technical experts who understand and work with Microsoft and other Operating Systems and Softwares.         The work we were performing does take some time, and unfortunately during the service the customer dropped the call, hence our calling back several times with no answer to attempt to complete, at this point we already had one hour of service time in         Also, to clarify we are not shy about our business address, as the client stated our "real" address, is the one and only address we have and it's clearly displayed on our contact page.  With more than an hour invested and clearly displaying who and where we are, that should also prove this is a legitimate and valuable service requiring time and energy from our tech team.         We can only imagine however the fault is ours, for not properly conveying or displaying the value, both tangibly and intangibly for the services performed + 12 month membership + 24/7 access to a dedicated tech team.          We do however hope that the phone discussion, service performed with client as witness, client visiting our site, client filling out personally the payment/billing form, client receiving/reviewing/signing the membership + service contract with clear descriptions of service as well as an hour of actual technician's time is enough to move the Revdex.com to agree there is no "scamming".        Scamming is not possible with such an involved purchase process, with multiple, voluntary, steps/forms with clear explanations of your service(s) and membership including our non-affiliation with anyone or any company, that we are fully independent service provider.          We hope someday to have another opportunity to serve this customer, and better convey and display the value; additionally, we're in the very process of enhancing our membership offers having mobile app and physical products included, so we're confident before long the customer will reconsider.   Sincerely,    Mashoutable Business Development Team [redacted]
