I'm glad that they finally gave me the medicaid remittance forms my next broblem is what do I do with themI don't know any profession where you go in as a patiant and come out as a book keeper, I was called a lyer and was told that I was not going to get any helpMy wife had the same problem, but they worked together and solved the problem , these people like to see me struggle. In regards to Mr*** *** complaints, they should really be apologies as I always give him good service in a timely mannerMy staff also would never be rude to anyoneHere are copies of all of his denialsWe also sent him bills of service from May IF denied it is the patients
responsibility to either get to the bottom of their denial for claims made, or pay off the bill, or make arrangements for paymentsWe are overly fair to all attempts to keep people happy This is not harassmentAfter many months (almost a year) the accountant wanted collection services to begin, + a courtesy was extended to patient.
