Our office is in receipt of your letter dated 01/11/to us concerning the above mentionedcomplaint
Claims for services were submitted in a timely and professional manner to the patient's insurancecompany by our office, and followed up with
numerous phone calls to this insurance companyreferencing claim denials to no avail
My last contact with this insurance company was on 12/23/at which time I was told by arepresentative that yes, " since these claims are being denied for reasons of exceeding the max# of visitsper calendar year and not anything our office has done incorrectly, the patient should be billed and thepatient should appeal the decision", as I noted on the last statement sent to this patient
Our office will forward an itemized ledger showing all charges and payments to this patient
