Review: June 7,1997 we agreed to have Menna Roofing complete a shingle roof with what we were told the best shingle going at the time, which was a [redacted] Fiberglass Dimensional Shingle with 25 year warranty and the job was completed on June 24, 1997 and paid in full as written on the work order. We have had multiple leaks in out front porch and our front bedroom in the past couple of years and Ron Menna has come back to the house and tried his best to put what I call band aides on the roof. Well, we have had another leak this past week and we contacted Mr. Menna again and he has advised us to file a complaint with the mfg. of the shingle, which he said was a [redacted] Shingle , which is not what we purchased and the shingles actually look like they are about 50 years ols instead of 14. When I questioned Mr Menna about this, he suggested the he maid a mistake in wrtting up the work order and we did not pay for the top of the line shingle, which we most certainly did.Desired Settlement: I would like either my money back, so I can get another roofing company to do the job or have the job done as I paid for
