Hi! On 10/11/2017 [redacted] came to the shop with noise on front end and when apply brakes, we inspect vehicle and found that front rotors and brake pads where scaling, metal to metal. And also found front stabilizer links with excess of...
play, litterrly we can shake it with hands making popping sound. We told customer that we recommend front pads and rotors, and front stabilizer links. She approved the service.
After 20 minutes of service, she told us that those links been replaced. We finish repairs, test drive vehicle and her concern is not longer present. No brake noise and no front links noise. Around 40 minutes later customer come back and claims money back!!
I think she could say no, before repairs. We can not send parts back. We still have all pads and rotors at facility and handed old stabilizer links to customer.

I told him [redacted] that I just got the bar links and barring installed a few months ago ago he said if I could prove that he will give my money back do he call the place they could not find me in the system do he gave me the parts to take back to the auto shop to show them they said since they couldn't find me in the system they could tell by the part if it's theirs and that's why he gave me the part back. I took it to the shop who put them parts on in August 1017. I send you all the audio recording and reception from the shop and from [redacted] and each person saying they part he replaced was in excellent condition ask any auto mechanic I got it on in August and I barley drive there is no way it could be ran doen that fast..yes it had loud noise only coming from drivers side of van I hit a high curb and damage the rotary and maybe brakes.
