Review: Started 8/12.Atty.[redacted] was to get the authenticated copies of Family Mineral Rights and transfer them to the Family that is designated to get them. He was notified from Atty.[redacted] Caledonia, Mn. Papers were sent to [redacted] on 10/16/12. [redacted] said need Trust Dept. N.D. sent 2/19/13.[redacted] told us matters should progress in orderly fashion. 3/4/13 were told 4to8 weeks. When [redacted] requested info it was sent to him. I have done alot of his leg work for him. [redacted] told us 12/12 that he would be getting on our paper work right after the first of the year. He doesn't keep in touch with us - We have to do all of the asking. He tells us We are at the bottom of his list but he will be getting right on it. Finally he got the probates done for us on December 17,2013. [redacted] said I expect to get the transfers underway after the first of the year.He was to send [redacted] the papers [redacted] wrote 12/30/13. On 1/7/14 [redacted] hasn't received nothing. Talked to [redacted] on that day - We were told that he would get the papers out to [redacted] the next day 1/8/14. As of 1/23/14 [redacted] Hasn't received NO PAPERS. 1/14/14 [redacted] said he needs Oil contacts Unsure why ? Questioned about our bill asked to see bills b/4 they are paid from the trust. Asked [redacted] if [redacted] was going to see how much money we were getting and submit his bill so we get nothing. No Response from [redacted] or [redacted] on our request. We feel that there has been LACK OF COMMUNICATION between [redacted] and the Family. This has been going on for 1 1/2 YEARS. We feel like he is dragging this out. This is why we want to view ALL of the bills before anything gets paid. [redacted] doesn't return our calls - answer alot of our E-Mails - Faxes - [redacted] does return calls and mail. We have been informed that that Attys. out there are stealing Mineral Rights from innocent people. We were advised to protect ourselves. From the N.D.I.C. Oil & Gas Division. We feel this has taken way to long!!Desired Settlement: We have Mineral Rights that are building up money for us that we are waiting to be transferred into our name to be collected from. MONTHLY.
