Review: On Saturday June 15 I left my 2008 Ford Expedition at Roncari Express, which I use for work. I was traveling with 2 adults, infant and a child. When I left my vehicle the ignition was in working order. Upon my return on June 21, the ignition was broken. The ignition came right out with the key in it. I quickly grabbed the manager, which was [redacted] and showed him the ignition and asked him to start the vehicle, which he couldnt. I completed a complaint work order with [redacted] On June 26, [redacted] informed that they were not going to fix what they had broken. He went on to mention, that a supervisor told him that the vehicle was like that. I explained that wasnt the case, I also asked about the repercussions for employees damaging vehicles; which he said, they do have repercussions in place. So asked, what makes you think they wouldnt lie, so they wont get fired. His response was "they wouldnt do that". I also spoke to the manager [redacted] on June 27 (1:24pm ET); he didnt want to hear about the problem and began to speak inappropriately to me.

I just want them to fix what they broke, by paying for the damages.

Review: I parked my car at their facility for parking and a full detail and the vehicle was in working in order. This is all on video, when I picked up my vehicle the rear hatch would not stay open as the pistons were broke, my Navigation, radio system was locked because power had been lost. When I reported the problem the employee took a report but told me the manager was on lunch but would contact me. They did not, my wife called the next day and again the manager was "out" but would call back. This occurred several times, it seemed a like a tactic. After my wife refused to accept the "manager is not here" she was able to talk with a manager who told her he would look into it and get back to her. He did not and again she had to call back. At which time he told her that had reviewed the tape and yes the car was in working order when we dropped it off and yes it was not when we picked it up. He lied and told my wife that he had spoken to me, I have cell records, and said that it was not their responsibility because he had "talked" to his guys and they had no idea what had happened. He also had no idea why the radio was locked even though the only way for that to happen is for it to lose power. I understand that I am responsible for my vehicle but they did work on it and it wasn't working when I picked it up. Then they are rude and do not return calls and to my belief lie about where the manager is. It seemed their tactic was to delay and hope I would give up.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund me the money I spent to have the pistons replaced.

Review: While on vacation in [redacted] my car was parked at roncari valet. When I returned to pick up my car on 2/4/15 at midnight my car was heavenly damaged. The manager, [redacted] told me that my car would be fixed by them. They asked me to call [redacted] the next day who has the plowing service for roncari and they would take care of me. I did and they told me not to worry and they would fix the car and pay out of pocket.I took it to a auto body shop and they contacted [redacted]. Once the estimate was done a week later they found out that it was. $12800 they said that they would turn it over to their insurance company and treat it like I had an accident on the street. Last week on 3/17 they informed me through a third party ( [redacted]) that they will only give me $4799 for my car) it will cost me almost double to replace my car with similar miles and options. This all happened while my car was entrusted to Roncari valet parking not [redacted]. I will not be able to find a car for what they are offering and cannot afford to. I need a car for work or I will be out of a job. Most of the time both [redacted] Roncari and [redacted] do not return my calls. Roncari is ultimately responsibleDesired Settlement: I need a car, this was not my fault and happened while I was away

Review: I parked my 2009 [redacted] at Roncari Express from March 7th thru March 14th 2014. The next morning I noticed scratches on my driver side bumper cover near the front wheel well. These scratches were down to the rubber and were not there when I dropped the car off. I have made several phone calls and emails to Roncari including the manager [redacted] I have yet to receive a call back or response to my email or messages.Desired Settlement: Not only would I like my money back but I want the damages repaired.

Review: On March 2, 2013, I parked my car, which I only owned for two weeks, at [redacted] Valet. On March 9, 2013, when I picked my car up from the parking facility at Bradley International, I noticed the damage on the hood of my vehicle. As of March 30, 2013, the noted business is refusing to pay for the damage to my car stating the damage was present upon arrival to [redacted]. They claim to be able to see the scratches on their video surveillance at the facility. After viewing the pictures, I disagreed with this conclusion. The pictures are pixilated and the still shots are taken from video footage at the facility. You cannot see the scratches with the pictures provided by [redacted] Valet and there is definitely no way to make those conclusions based on the pictures presented. I firmly believe that the damage done to my car happened at [redacted] Valet. Upon assessment of the pictures, you will find that the scratches are across various sections on the hood of my car. All the scratches are going in the same direction, which are consistent with snow removal off the hood of the vehicle. A service [redacted] provided to my vehicle on March 8, 2013 when it snowed in Windsor Locks, CT. Despite the communication I have had with the [redacted] associates, they continue to refuse to pay for the damage.

Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Replacement

I would like to have the scratches repaired on the hood of my vehicle.

Review: When picked up my car, the driver seat was jammed all the way back. Would not slide forward. Need to fix broken seat. No one is helping resolve.

My driver seat has been jammed all the way back by one of the [redacted] drivers. Two men tried to fix it, but were not able to. I was told to get an estimate. I did and have sent to [redacted]. I have sent several emails since and left several voice messages.

I have tried everything to try and get this resolved. No luck, no customer service, no attention and complete lack of inconvenience this has caused me.

I am trying to avoid legal issues, but feel this may be the next step. I still am attempting to contact the CEO. Hoping they will care. I have photos and video of the night I picked up my car.Desired Settlement: To replace the rail it will cost $1492.69

Labor and parts.

Review: Had my vehicle at the Roncari Valet from May 12, 2014 and picked up just after midnight on May 17, 2014. While it was in their possession, I paid for valet parking and requested and paid for Detailing of my vehicle. According to the information on their website, and posted in the lobby of their establishment, Full Detail consists of: Hand wash, vacuum, dress interior and exterior, shampoo carpets, clean dashboard, remove bugs and old wax, hand wax and shine, clean windows and vacuum trunk. It was dark and raining when I received my vehicle, thereby preventing me from inspecting it. I awoke at around 0800 that morning and immediately inspected my vehicle. It was in no way 'detailed.' There is wax in multiple locations on the exterior, there is wax on trim, the windshield is still dirty, portions of the interior (arm rest between back seats) weren't touched and are still dirty. I have contacted the company on three separate occasions: Saturday, May 17 and was told to 'contact the car wash' who doesn't answer, Monday May 19 I left a message at Roncari, Tuesday May 20 I left a message at Roncari. I have not heard from anyone.Desired Settlement: I paid Roncari - not the car wash. If they need to work it out with the car wash, that is not my concern. I request a refund of the 'detail' portion of my charges which is $179.90. My next recourse will be to dispute the entire $229.43 charge with my credit card company.
