need be. Once the vehicle leave the car lot it is not the responsibility of the dealership to maintain the vehicle and pay for the repairs. Heritage Automotive is a sister company to [redacted]. At the time the customer was harassing us the salesman agreed to give them 2 tires for the vehicle purchased. With the understanding that the customer would mount and balance the tires at their own expense. With an own going agreement the owner of the company stopped all work being done in the garage and paid a mechanic labor to mount and balance the tires. We are not equipped to preform alignments on vehicles. That would have been up to the customer to determine and would have been done at the owners expense, as well as all repairs to his or her vehicle. This vehicle was sold in the state of Virginia AS IS we are not responsible for repairs and maintenance once the vehicle leaves the lot.
