I did not appreciate reading [redacted] defamatory responses.  The guy is dishonest and so is the rest of his team.  The refund was issued after the complaint was filed although I'm not sure if they were aware of the complaint being filed at the time of their promise of a refund.  I have not embellished anything to get a refund.  However, I did file with Revdex.com to ensure a full refund because I know of the business's dishonest practice.  They lured people in with low ball technique by stating in the video that the first two visits were free and that if a person wanted to get a discount, they must bring their spouses with them to participate in the process.  There was, not sure still is, a line, stating about the two visits and all the testings, a $475 value at $77.  When I got in there, it was..."Oh, there was never any free visits" said one of the secretaries.  At any rate, there's a lot of discrepancies/inconsistencies.  Judging from the guy's writing, I am really wondering if he were a real doctor.  In this defamatory responses, he also contradicted himself about the free visits.  Perhaps next time they want to make up something, maybe his secretaries should consult with each other to at least sound consistent in their stories.

I do not wish to pursue this further.  But I do hope that Revdex.com would do some investigation as to the legitimacy of this guy's claimed expertise.  In fact, I just might do this one myself & let you guys know if I find anything different than advertised.  So far, it's not looking too good.

Buyer's beware!

To Whom It May Concern:

[redacted] is a fraud.  He claimed in one of his lengthy videos [redacted]
He claimed that he he worked under Dr. Datis  Kharrazian for twenty years.  One would think that if he were trained under Dr. DK for 20 years, he would have been listed in Dr. [redacted] qualified health care professional directory such as this site http://www.[redacted]connections.com/  as listed in Dr. [redacted] book called Why Do I Still Have [redacted] Symptoms?
When My Lab Tests Are Normal [redacted] But when I typed in [redacted] zip code which is 92704, Dr. Roney was not even listed.
The guy is a fraud preying upon vulnerable people with [redacted] issues most of them were probably too boggled down with their health issues to be able to see through his fraud.  The guy was quite unscrupled.  He lied and lied and lied over and over again, using bait and switch technique to lure  vulnerable people in, making them think that they're getting some great deal like $475 package value for $77 with two free consultation visits.  He said he would allow you to make payments but his secretaries told me otherwise.  I would have to make large sum of payments to him prior to completing his [redacted] recovery program.
I don't want you guys to do anything about this but make a note in your file about this fraud in case anyone gets duped and swindled badly by this guy so you guys would have some formal record of his fraudulent practices.

[redacted]

Review: Too many inconsistencies. (1) in his video, he said the first two visits are free, but I ended up getting charged for $77 on my first visit (2) all the tests were supposed to have cost only $77 but I was told yesterday they would cost close to $400 (3) in his video, he said that 75% of all [redacted] cases are [redacted] but yesterday he told me only half or 50% of all [redacted] cases are [redacted] (4) two secretaries gave me two different ages of the video, one said it was done 4 years ago, the other said it was done 8 years ago. In the first visit, dr. roney did not tell me anything I didn't already know from his two videos.Desired Settlement: a full $77 refund.

Response:

I am writing In response to a complaint Issued by a recent consumer, ID number stated above. I would

first like to say a full refund was administered prior to this filing, immediately after we became

aware of this person's unhappiness. In response to her specific complaints regarding & the $77 charge

for the Initial consultation;this person Is correct In that the videos on my website do say the

visits are free. We thoroughly explained that these videos are old,and we have since changed our

free visit policy. his, however, was explained ln. detail prior to this person's appointment. The

$17,2 visit charge,is also clearly written on all of our websites. After explaing the charges

thoroughly, this person agreed to the charges and decided to follow through with the Initial visit.

Full disclosure,prior to the appointment,

as given regarding the cost. During that consult, which was over an hour Ions,I explained In great

detail, based on her signs and symptoms, what I felt may be causing her problems. I then recommended

further lb testing, which I explained thoroughly as to the.necessity. Furthermore, I explained that

when we order labs,we charge the patient the exact amount the lab charges us. There Is no Inflated

fee.

As with any patient, getting these labs done Is not mandatory, but simply recommended to further allow me

to understand their problem in better detail. The fact that this person felt these labs were

included in the $77 is baffling. This person did not have.any problems until after the initial, hour

plus, appointment. In fact, she stated during the consult that I was the only doctor to explain to

her, this thoroughly, what could be causing her complaints. This person also stated she heard on the

video that If er husband was present at the appointment, there Is a discount. Again, this Is not

mentioned in any of our websites, videos, or material disseminated. I just don't understand some of her

claims or how she would have reached certain conclusions.

I don't believe anybody could visit our websites, watch our videos, and come to these conclusions. In fact,

nobody else has ever stated these to us, primarily because the Information Is not there. The claims were

embellished to assure a refund.

Of course there was no need as the refund was quickly administered. ln short, I refunded her money

quickly because I do understand our videos, which are old and need to be redone, do state the visits are

free. The rest of this person's claims are 100% false and can proven by simply visiting our website and

viewing our videos I related material.
